Jason Kander

Doesn’t Have the

Pulse of Missouri.

For Obamacare. Against Missourians. That’s Jason Kander.

Missourians deserved to decide for themselves if they wanted Obamacare.

That was the reason for House Bill 1764, which the Missouri legislature passed in 2010. The bill placed Proposition C on the ballot to prohibit the government from penalizing citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance.

Jason Kander voted against House Bill 1764 and attempted to deny Missourians the chance to vote on Obamacare – one of the most far reaching and destructive pieces of legislation ever passed by the federal government.

Missouri voters spoke loud and clear.

Over 71% of Missouri voters voted in support of Prop C and overwhelmingly rejected Obamacare. Proposition C was the first time that any state in the nation held a public vote on Obamacare.

Jason Kander continues to support Obamacare, despite over 71% of voters making it clear where Missouri taxpayers stand. Kander not only supports Obamacare, he voted to keep Missourians from deciding for themselves if they want Obamacare.
